It’s been a little over three months of marriage for these cuties, and I’ve been holding off on sharing their bridal portraits for just this very moment!! About a month after they said “I do,” Amanda and Christian got dressed back up in their wedding attire for a one month anniversary bridal session at White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas and OH MY GOSH GUYS are they not the CUTEST thing you’ve ever seen??

I’ve known Kayleigh for what honestly seems like forever. I met Kayleigh when she was probably 8 years old, and gosh, she’s honestly become family to me. I always call her my sister, and her family is my “second family.” Her family were the first ones to let me take their portraits back when I firstttt got my camera in high school (bless their hearts – they were SO kind to me and loved their pictures even though I made them all wear purple and stand barefoot in a park…what on earth was I thinking haha??).

If there ever was a picture perfect wedding day, it was this one. Heather and Javier’s wedding day welcomed the most beautiful November weather Dallas has to offer as they tied the knot at the Texas Discovery Gardens at Fair Park. Heather and Javier were surrounded by their nearest and dearest as they said their vows in an intimate ceremony on the lawn, followed by a brunch reception featuring a donut wall they crafted themselves.

2017, you’ve been a dream. 

This wedding day was the most uniquely beautiful day. The bride and groom were the sweetest, most genuine couple. When my second shooter Alyssa (of Alyssa Masters Photography) and I met the couple for the first time, they instantly made us feel at home. The day was full of celebration and the atmosphere was joyous, upbeat, quirky, and fun. Drew and Michaila, we could not be more thrilled for the two of you to begin your life together. What a wonderful day this was. Our trip took us to Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, Texas – the home of HGTV’s Fixer Upper stars, the demo day and shiplap loving couple, Chip and Joanna Gaines. While there, we shopped the silos, walked the grounds, sampled the food trucks, and indulged in some of the most amazing cupcakes we’ve ever had. The silos boast a wide-open green space full of picnic tables, chairs, and swings: the perfect place for summertime fun in the sunshine.
