Haley + Josh’s effortless midsummer backyard wedding was held at Haley’s parents’ home outside of Columbus, Ohio. I don’t know that I’ve ever witnessed a more beautifully personal wedding day. From the ceremony backdrop doors with handmade stained glass to the sweet flower “girls” (their grandmothers!), Haley and Josh’s families were involved in every thoughtful element of their day.
The day started with a lovely tented ceremony and ended with a reception held in a renovated barn space on Haley’s parents property that they transformed into a whimsical wedding wonderland. The bride wanted the lush colors of her midsummer backyard wedding day to shine through in her photos, highlighting the vibrant green June grass, bold burgundy bridesmaid dresses, and delicate pale pink florals.
From start to finish, this day was a beautiful celebration of not just Haley and Josh, but also of the people nearest and dearest to them. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Wilkinson!
