Capturing beauty in the big moments and the small, in Ohio and destinations worldwide.
Hi there! Welcome to the Catherine Milliron Photography blog, the place where my passion for photography, travel, and business collides.
I love serving and celebrating my couples on their happiest days and I love serving and celebrating other business owners as I share my knowledge and love of business education.
I hope you'll grab your favorite beverage (I'll be sipping a lavender latte) and stay awhile!
Haley + Josh’s effortless midsummer backyard wedding was held at Haley’s parents’ home outside of Columbus, Ohio. I don’t know that I’ve ever witnessed a more beautifully personal wedding day. From the ceremony backdrop doors with handmade stained glass to the sweet flower “girls” (their grandmothers!), Haley and Josh’s families were involved in every thoughtful […]
Amanda and Christopher’s traditional church wedding in southwest Ohio was just the sweetest day. Amanda chose a gorgeous sky blue and white color palette, with stunning all white florals (designed by the flower shop at which her mom works – so sweet right?). In lieu of a first look, Amanda and Chris opted for a […]
Cara and Ben’s Four Seasons Barn wedding in Columbus, Ohio was the sweetest late summer affair. The Four Seasons Barn is the perfect definition of farmhouse chic – a little bit rustic on the outside, but 10/10 classy on the inside. With a gorgeous stone fireplace and statement mantle, tall ceilings with exposed wood beams, […]
Emily and Caleb’s wedding day showcased some of the prettiest corners of Columbus, Ohio. From their ceremony at St. Catharine Catholic Church, to their Franklin Park Conservatory wedding party portraits, to their reception at The Clock Tower, every venue created the perfect setting for each portion of their day. One of my personal favorite moments of the […]
Bethany and Corey’s backyard wedding was a bridal dream come true. With delicate blush tones and pops of bright burgundy, their outdoor summer celebration in Columbus, Ohio was truly a stunning event. Their friends and family laughed, cried, danced, and celebrated together under the open air, making their backyard wedding truly a magical night to […]

This wine and tan Rosedale Bible College winter wedding is filled to the brim with holiday magic. Kelly and Aaron got married just ten days before Christmas and their winter wedding was absolutely dreamy. The bridesmaids’ wine dresses and the groomsmen’s tan vests perfectly complimented the winter scenery at Rosedale Bible College in Columbus, Ohio. […]
Brooke and Seth got married at Ariel Foundation Park’s Schnormeier Event Center on the most gorgeous late summer day, and let me tell you, it was magical. Everything about their day was perfect – from the gorgeously coordinated dresses, to their tear-filled prayer together before walking down the aisle, to their spontaneous exit lit by the phone flashlights of their closest friends. Every part of their wedding was true to them: the best man brought a picture of young Seth to show-and-tell during his speech, Brooke made sure all her wedding guests wished her sister happy birthday on her wedding day, and together they danced the night away with their nearest and dearest.
Katie and Nathan’s day started the way all the best wedding days do – with a forecast of RAIN (*insert all the crying faces here*). But never fear, we found creative ways to dodge the scattered rain showers and their day was absolutely one for the books. You’d never even know that it rained, because their joy far outshone any clouds hanging over their wedding celebration.
Emily is one of my dearest friends from college. Not only did we become fast friends at our job in the admissions office of our university during my freshman year, we also share the same home state (the greatest home state, may I add – the great state of TEXAS y’all). So even when we were out of school for the summer, we actually spent a whole summer of college both living in Dallas and it was such a special season. Even though we’ve both graduated, we have still kept in touch, so when I hosted a brunch for Christmas this year, I knew I wanted Emily there.
