This springtime Columbus Museum of Art engagement session by Catherine Milliron Photography, a Columbus, Ohio and destination wedding and engagement photographer, captures the joy of love and the magic found when everything blossoms in the spring.
Bethany and Corey’s elegant downtown Columbus engagement session was a gorgeous evening exploring the arts district and documenting this sweet season in their relationship. Often the engagement season flies by so quickly, and an engagement session is a fun and romantic way to freeze this special time in photographs to look back on forever.
We started the evening at the Columbus Museum of Art, and the stone walls and dreamy tree lined walkways provided a show stopping backdrop for their photos. The grandiose pillars and stone steps were so timeless and elegant. Then we moved to the Scioto Mile, a beautifully developed outdoor park space in Columbus’s downtown that overlooks the water with a spectacular view of the city skyline. The sunset turned the sky beautiful shades of pink and orange as we finished their session in the heart of Columbus.
They danced and exposed downtown as the sun set, and I cannot wait to celebrate with them at their romantic Columbus backyard wedding this summer!
