Danielle and Aaron’s summer woodland wedding at Rosedale Bible College in Columbus is one of the most heart warming and Gospel centered weddings I have shot to date. No kidding, I cried SO many times during their day because it was just so sweet and beautiful. Their tender love overflowed in the way they spoke of each other, in the gentleness in the way they looked at and spoke to each other, and in the humble care they showed each other throughout the entire day. This stunning dusty purple wedding featured white, gold, and olive accents, which elegantly complimented the woodsy outdoor ceremony space at the Rosedale Bible College in Irwin, Ohio.

This precious couple entered into their marriage knowing full well the commitment they were making to each other. The friends and family who gathered to celebrate with them also knew that just a few short years ago, at the beginning of their dating relationship, Danielle faithfully stood by Aaron’s side as he battled and beat cancer. When she stood before those same family and friends on their wedding day and vowed to love Aaron “in sickness and in health” her voice caught as she became teary (and I’m guessing most of those watching did as well – I know I sure did). Their vows were not something trite or trivial; their vows were uttered knowing the weight their words carried before God and before each other. It was an incredible privilege to witness such a sacred moment.

Every single detail of their day was lovely, from Danielle’s stunning gown from Becker’s Bridal, to the dusty purple bridesmaid dresses, to the beautifully simple centerpieces, to the donut wall featuring donuts from Bill’s Donut Shop – definitely a crowd favorite! After dinner, cake, and dancing, the newlyweds snuck off for a quick moment as the sun set, just the two of them, to soak in their first solo moments as husband and wife. The beauty of the Gospel was on display in every moment of Danielle and Aaron’s wedding, and it was a blessing to get to celebrate alongside these two as they begin a life of serving and loving the Lord together. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Lynn!
