Kelly and Aaron took their engagement photos a week before their gorgeous December wedding at Rosedale Bible College. They chose Oakes Quarry Park as the backdrop for their romantic sunset engagement session.

I can’t honestly believe that somehow all these months slipped by without me taking the time to blog Katie and Nathan’s precious engagement session in the Scioto Mile district of downtown Columbus, Ohio. They actually got married about a month ago (in this gorgeous maroon and blush Columbus wedding ceremony) and so it’s about time these engagement pictures hit the blog. Emily is one of my dearest friends from college. Not only did we become fast friends at our job in the admissions office of our university during my freshman year, we also share the same home state (the greatest home state, may I add – the great state of TEXAS y’all). So even when we were out of school for the summer, we actually spent a whole summer of college both living in Dallas and it was such a special season. Even though we’ve both graduated, we have still kept in touch, so when I hosted a brunch for Christmas this year, I knew I wanted Emily there.

Honestly, I don’t think there is anyone better to tell you about Jill and Cory’s love story than Cory himself. He found me through Instagram and when he inquired with me about shooting his surprise proposal at Ohio Stadium (home of the Buckeyes!), he had the sweetest words to say about their relationship, and the significance that Ohio State University holds to both of them.
