I don’t know about y’all, but goodness, I am the WORST ever about printing pictures. Being a wedding and engagement photographer, you would think that I would have printed photographs displayed all throughout my home. However, the opposite of that is true. I spend so much time clicking and capturing photos, that I rarely take the time to print images to display. Truly, this is a tragedy, and I have seen this trend with so many other people around me – I know it’s noooot just me who has this problem! We download our gallery and change our phone wallpaper and facebook profile picture, but then our stunning photos stay simply as digital pixels, instead of becoming meaningful, lasting, tangible memories as pieces of art in our homes.
That being said, today I wanted to take a moment to talk about Pixieset. This is the program I use to deliver every single one my galleries – from weddings to engagements to portraits and beyond! Step one | Viewing your Gallery

Click on the ‘View Photos’ button in the email I send you about your gallery.

Make sure to remember the 4-digit download PIN at the bottom of your email. (You’ll need it for the next step!)

Once you click the ‘View Photos’ button you will be directed to a pretty home page where you will be asked to enter your email address. (Don’t worry – this email address will be used to send you your images when you are ready to download).
step two | favoriting your gallery
- Hover over the picture you want to favorite and click the ‘Heart’ icon.
- Click the other ‘Heart’ icon in the top right corner of the page to view your favorites album.
Step three | Downloading your Gallery
- To start, click the download icon, which is found at the very top of your gallery. This is where that 4-digit PIN number comes in – you will be asked to enter the PIN and your email address to start.
- Then, choose which folders you want to download. Since I organized your wedding day into the various parts of your timeline, your wedding day is already organized for you! (Three cheers for your wedding photos being organized forever!!)
- After choosing your downloads, Pixieset gets to work preparing your gallery. Once your download is ready, simply click the link in your browser window, and voila!
Step four | sharing your Gallery
- It’s easy! Click the ‘Share’ button in the top right corner of the page.
- Share your pretty gallery to your favorite social media platform!
Step Five | Printing your Gallery (Cue happy dance!)
Like we talked about earlier, printing your images at drugstores can drastically change the color tones of your image and reduce the quality and lifespan of your pictures. Thankfully, Pixieset makes it easy to order professional-grade prints from your gallery at a price that does not cost much more than your local Walmart. Your gallery is linked to a professional printing lab, one that produces beautiful, high-quality printed photos. - Select the stunning picture that you want to order in a print/canvas/etc.
- Hover over the picture you just selected and click on the ‘Cart’ icon at the top of the image. (Or you can click on the image and the ‘Cart’ icon will be found above it).
- Choose how many of each print/product you want of that particular image. Make sure to double check that all your image is cropped the way you want it.
- Repeat.
- When you are finished selecting your images, click ‘Checkout’ and follow the prompts.
- Yay – you did it! Your images are now being printed at a professional printing lab based in the United States and as soon as they are done, your pictures will be shipped directly to you!
